Valeno Inc operates an independent online retail store offering baby gifts, nursery products, children’s room décor, soft home accessories, wall decorations, ornaments, and related lifestyle products intended for infant, toddler, and children’s spaces.

We do not provide financial, banking, medical, childcare, or professional safety advisory services.

Eligibility to Use the Website

Product prices may not include shipping charges, sales taxes, duties, or other applicable costs. These charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Sales tax may be collected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Orders and Acceptance

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, peak shipping periods, customs procedures where applicable, address problems, or other logistical circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

Subject to applicable law and our Shipping Policy, risk of loss or damage generally transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and related requests are handled under our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable return and refund conditions.

Because some of our products may be used in nurseries or children’s rooms, returned goods must satisfy the hygiene, cleanliness, completeness, and resale-condition requirements described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Products that have been used, washed, installed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

Personalized and Final Sale Products

Products that are customized, personalized, made to order, specially requested, marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise identified as non-returnable may not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.

An exception may apply where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
